Résumé : Est-il possible d’identifier un profil, à partir de l'identification du type constitutionnel et des pathologies préexistantes à l'apparition du zona ? Notre étude vise à identifier les conditions où la douleur aiguë accompagnant les manifestations cutanées spécifiques à cette pathologie devient une douleur chronique invalidante, et le rôle de l'acupuncture dans le traitement de la douleur chronique, en particulier dans la prévention de la chronicité chez les patients présentant au début des conditions de chronicité. Summary: Is it possible to identify a profile, from the identification of constitutional type and pre-existing conditions to the occurrence of Zona Zoster? Our study aims to identify the conditions where acute pain accompanying specific cutaneous manifestations of this condition becomes disabling chronic pain, and the role of acupuncture in the treatment of chronic pain, especially in the prevention of chronicity in patients with early chronic conditions.
