Résumé : En médecine chinoise, le canal lombaire étroit est un bizheng par Humidité-Glaires-Froid accumulées dans les lombes, avec Stase de Sang. La transformation du Froid en Chaleur est possible avec persistance du Froid, fondement du bizheng. Nous décrirons la physiopathologie, la cause, la sémiologie et le traitement des différentes formes pour montrer que la maladie est accessible à l’acupuncture. Des exemples cliniques finiront d’éclairer notre démonstration. Mots clés : acupuncture – canal lombaire étroit – bizheng – rhumatisme des os (gubi) – Mucosités-Glaires (tanyin) – rhumatisme de la Chaleur (rebi).
Summary: In Chinese medicine, lumbar spinal stenosis is a bizheng by Phlegm-Froid-Humidity accumulated in the loins, with stasis of blood. The transformation in the Cold Heat is possible with persistence of Cold, the foundation bizheng. We will describe the pathophysiology, cause, semiotics and treatment of different forms to show that the disease is accessible to acupuncture.
