Une présentation des revues structurées (comprenant les
revues systématiques et les méta-analyses) de la littérature publiée sur le
sujet du traitement acupunctural des lombosciatalgies est réalisée. Les
recommandations de pratique clinique disponibles en France et les conclusions de la conférence de
consensus américaine sur l’acupuncture dans les lombalgies sont rappelées. Une
analyse critique expose les limites de ces données. Les conclusions insistent
sur l’évolutivité future de ces travaux.
